Giannis Antetokounmpo, aged 29, sustained a calf injury during the Bucks’ victory over the Celtics on Tuesday.

The former NBA Most Valuable Player, Giannis Antetokounmpo, fell to the court during the Bucks‘ 104-91 victory over the Celtics in the third quarter after passing to teammate Damian Lillard. Giannis Antetokounmpo, who had previously missed games due to an Achilles injury, left the game with a left soleus strain and did not return. The Bucks announced that he would undergo an MRI scan to evaluate the injury, which could have a significant impact on their playoff aspirations. Despite the injury, Giannis Antetokounmpo had contributed 15 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists before exiting the game. The Bucks’ win over the Celtics was overshadowed by the injury, with Patrick Beverley leading the team in scoring with 20 points.

Warriors 134, Lakers 120

The Mavericks, now at 49-30, maintained their fifth-place position in the Western Conference. Daniel Gafford contributed 26 points, and Kyrie Irving added 18 as Dallas secured a comfortable win.
