NBA Recap: Andrew Wiggins shines as Warriors defeat 76ers

Andrew Wiggins scored 21 points to lead the Warriors past the 76ers for their second consecutive road win since November in a 127-104 victory.

Andrew Wiggins also had help from Kuminga and Klay Thompson who both added 18 points each for the Warriors. Steph Curry had a subpar game, delivering only 9 points against the 76ers who now have seven losses in their last eight games. The 76ers were without Joel Embiid, who is set to be sidelined for at least four weeks after a left knee surgery on Tuesday.

Celtics 125, Hawks 117

Kristaps Porzingis led the Celtics with 31 points in a 125-117 win over the Hawks at the Garden in Boston. Derrick White also contributed 21 points alongside Jayson Tatum, who had 20 points, nine rebounds and seven assists for the Celtics, who have improved their record to 39-12.

Heat 116, Spurs 104

Jimmy Butler scored 17 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and provided 11 assists to spearhead the Heat to a 116-104 victory over the Spurs. Tyler Herro added 24 points while Bam Adebayo scored 20 points. Victor Wembanyama had 18 points and 13 rebounds for the Spurs.

Pelicans 117, Clippers 106

C.J. McCollum scored 25 points and Zion Williamson added 21 points and 10 assists to lead the Pelicans to a 117-106 road victory over the Clippers. James Harden led the scoring for the Clippers with 19 points. The Pelicans, who have now won their fourth game in a row ended the Clippers’ four-game winning streak which led to the Clippers falling from from first to fourth in the Western Conference.

Cavaliers 114, Wizards 106

Donovan Mitchell scored 40 points and Evan Mobley added 22 as the Cavaliers extended their winning streak to seven games with a 114-106 victory over the Wizards. The Cavaliers won for the 15th time in 16 games and improved their record to 33-16, to put them second in the Eastern Conference.
