Philadelphia secured their fourth win in six games. Reggie Jackson scored a season-high 35 points and dished out 13 assists, while DeAndre Jordan contributed a season-best 21 points and 13 rebounds to lead a short-handed Denver team to victory over the Los Angeles Clippers. The Nuggets were missing key players Nikola Jokic, Aaron Gordon, and Jamal Murray, but Jackson and Jordan, both former Clippers, stepped up in their absence. Despite a strong performance from Kawhi Leonard and Ivica Zubac, the Clippers were unable to overcome the Nuggets’ efforts. Paul George, the Clippers’ leading scorer, struggled, shooting just 2 of 13 from the field and scoring only six points.

Kyle Kuzma scored 32 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and dished out eight assists to help Washington end a nine-game losing streak by defeating struggling Detroit. Cade Cunningham led Detroit with 26 points and seven assists, while Ausar Thompson contributed 16 points and Jaden Ivey added 15 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists. Detroit struggled from beyond the arc, shooting just 21.1 percent (8-for-38) from 3-point range.

Jerami Grant had a strong fourth quarter, scoring 17 of his 34 points to help Portland secure a victory over Indiana in Indianapolis. Malcolm Brogdon, playing against his former team, contributed 24 points, and Deandre Ayton added 22 points and 13 rebounds for the Trail Blazers. This win marked Portland’s second victory in three games after an eight-game losing streak. Tyrese Haliburton led the Pacers with 33 points and nine assists, while Myles Turner, Bennedict Mathurin, and Bruce Brown each scored 11 points for Indiana, which has been alternating wins and losses over the past eight games.
Jazz 114, Pelicans 112
In Salt Lake City, rookie Keyonte George contributed 19 points and made a crucial 3-pointer to lead Utah to victory over New Orleans. Despite missing their top scorer Lauri Markkanen due to a left hamstring injury for the second consecutive game, the Jazz employed a well-rounded offensive strategy to defeat the Pelicans at home for the second time in three nights. Seven players from Utah scored in double digits. Zion Williamson led the Pelicans with 26 points and seven assists after being absent from the Jazz’s 105-100 win over the Pelicans on Saturday night.
